I offer a process that has been tempered by more than 40 years of involvement and broad-based participation on governing boards and committees of local organizations. Stephen Covey said that “without involvement, there is no commitment.” As a member-owner of Baldwin Electric Membership Cooperative, you deserve a well-rounded thought process. He is the son of the late James and Auzie Fuller and a lifelong resident of Baldwin County. He is a past chairman of the Board of Directors of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and was a member of the 1999 class of Leadership Alabama. Fuller is also a member of the Board of Directors for AltaPointe Health Systems and the USS Alabama Battleship Commission. He serves as a deacon at Mount Gilead Baptist Church in Summerdale, where he also sits on the Board of Trustees. Fuller is married to Clarissa Yelding Fuller and has two daughters and three grandchildren. In 1994, the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce named Mr. He has served as the garage’s owner since 1979. Fuller returned home to Baldwin County to work in the family business at the Dixie Road Garage Inc. After college and his tenure in the military, Mr. He also served two and a half years in the United States Army and is a veteran of the Vietnam War. Fuller attended Faulkner State Community College and Central Texas College. He has also been named a Credentialed Cooperative Director by NRECA. He has served on the Board of Trustees for 28 years and has earned the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s (NRECA) Board Leadership and Director Gold Certificates. Fuller is the incumbent trustee for District 3. I am completely committed to the continued success of Baldwin EMC, and with your support, we will continue our tradition of excellence!Īubury L. Grace was employed by Southern Company from 1991 until 2006, where he held positions in the Chemistry and Environmental departments at five separate electric generating plants. He is currently employed at Buc-ee’s in Loxley, Alabama. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Alabama with a double major in Biological Sciences and Chemistry. Grace has also earned the NRECA Board Leadership Certificate and the NRECA Director Gold Certificate. He has served on Baldwin EMC’s Board of Trustees since 2014 and has been named a Credentialed Cooperative Director by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA). Grace is the incumbent trustee for District 1.
